My friends are a local area network
One of my friends kinda started seeing a girl. Quite interesting, really. I’m happy for him, nothing weird at all … except for the fact that I know this girl, as do two of my other friends, all independently.
Considering that there’s about 50km between all of us, this made me realise just how small the world really is. As an effect, I drew a diagram of all my friends’ relation to each other, and was shocked to see that all my friends (except one) were extremely tightly connected to each other.
This might not sound problematic, but consider a small town or something like that, where everyone knows everyone. Especially with emotions involved, this becomes very complicated :/. Sometimes I feel like running away from home. And I live alone. Disturbing, to say the least.
It costs about 1000£ to go to Japan for a week.
